Publish policy
A written policy is versioned and signed before screening starts.
Screen at AI speed. Prove every decision.
Every decision, signed.
FunnelOps® is a screening decision engine for employers who screen high volumes of applicants against their own written hiring policy, with an independently signed, policy-cited receipt for every decision.

The mechanism
Your policy decides. The AI applies it. The receipt proves it.
01 · How it works
A written policy is versioned and signed before screening starts.
Candidates are tiered as advance, confirm, or escalate; automatic rejection is reserved for objective, citable knockouts — work authorization, legally required licenses.
Each decision is independently attested, the payload is purged, and the receipt remains.
02 · Why it exists
Screen hundreds of CVs in minutes into discrete, explainable tiers, not fluid scores.
Advance, confirm, escalate, knockout-reject, and human overrides each produce an Allowly receipt.
Judgment calls route to review; reviewers interpret, analyze, and have authority to override.
03 · Who it’s for
Five hundred applicants per posting, two recruiters, and a CEO forwarding law-firm alerts with “are we OK on this?” in the margin.
FunnelOps turns a posting’s inbox into a tiered shortlist in minutes — advance, confirm, escalate — each with reasons you can read aloud. Setup is an afternoon, not a project. And when anyone asks why a candidate was rejected, the answer is one click, not an archaeology dig.
Every AI tool the business adopts lands on your risk ledger. The nightmare isn’t AI — it’s unexplainable AI, reconstructed from Slack three weeks after a complaint.
Describe the process to counsel in two sentences: our written policy decides; every decision mints an independently signed receipt. Same-day audit packs aligned to four-year retention — and no applicant PII warehouse, because we keep the proof, not the people.
“Human review” at eight hundred applicants is six seconds per CV — and it’s your name on the rejection.
The confirm queue shows exactly why the system tiered someone, gives you the authority to override with a reason, and records that you did a real review. The receipt protects you, personally.
Recruiting agencies: the FEHA rules reach agents too. Screen on your clients’ behalf with signed receipts, per-client policies, and an audit pack delivered with every shortlist.
Independent proof
A log the deciding system writes for itself can be edited by the party it implicates. FunnelOps receipts are signed by an independent attestation layer: Allowly.
04 · Custody
FunnelOps processes CVs and deletes them; digests, structured decision data, and receipts are the retained assets. In our standard integration, customers send anonymized fields plus a uuid (your reference code) — no names, no emails — so screening is blind by architecture.
05 · Regulatory map
06 · Open standard
FunnelOps receipts follow the open Allowly Receipt Format and the open Screening Decisions Profile — public specifications with public verifiers. A third party holding one receipt — your auditor, a regulator, opposing counsel — can check the signature and interpret every field without our cooperation. A standard you can only verify by asking the vendor isn’t a standard.

Roadmap
Screening is where volume hurts most, so FunnelOps starts there. But every gate of your funnel is a decision — and every decision can leave a receipt.
Next: interview receipts. Your interview rubric becomes a policy — focus areas, time allocation, hard rules. FunnelOps analyzes the transcript, applies your rubric, and mints a signed receipt: assessed against rubric v1.2, focus areas disclosed, time breakdown attached. The transcript itself never leaves your custody — receipts carry derived metrics only, never conversation content.
Screened. Interviewed. Decided. One policy language, one receipt trail, end to end.

Verified by Allowly
FunnelOps uses Allowly receipts: independently signed evidence that can verify against public keys without FunnelOps cooperation.
